Parent Teachers Association

A drawing of a piggy bank surrounded by coinsIn the past few years the PTA have funded a wide range of educational resources, electronic equipment for classrooms as well as play and games facilities.

10% of all fund raising provides funding for special needs equipment.

This year the PTA agreed that funds raised would be allocated towards new interactive whiteboards and this will be an ongoing fundraising goal. The PTA also part funded the new playground equipment costing £5,800.

In addition the PTA provide 'classroom funds' - £200 for every class for the teachers to spend on items required, fund the coach to Kingswood, help fund Science Week and various hardship donations as well as other things that crop up during the year. More details can be found in PTA Meeting Minutes.
