A DT focus on food and seasonality, with an Anglo-Saxon twist, has been a focus for learning in upper key stage two, this week. The children have enjoyed weighing, chopping and peeling vegetables to make pottage before allowing Mrs Laffey to work her culinary magic in the kitchen. The children agreed that the best part was tasting it and the majority agreed it was delicious.
