Who stole Mr Coulson's guitar?
This was the question the whole class was asking. Everyone had their suspicions and could give very detailed reasons for their choices. 
The clues Mr Malpas found were very intriguing and we immediately got to work to try and solve the mystery! 
We used chromatography to look at the patterns left by the pen that was found, analysed finger and foot prints and investigated the mysterious white powder by performing atest using vinegar. 
In using all our results we slowly eliminated the list of suspects until we had the evidence we needed to identify the culprit!

We are pleased to confirm we ensured the safe return of the guitar to a very relieved Mr Coulson.
